The connection of the signal cable of the machining center includes the connection between the CNC device and the mdi / crt unit, the electrical cabinet, the control panel of the machining center, the spindle servo unit, the feed servo unit and the feedback signal line of the test device. 1. When there is no problem in the electrical inspection, perform the following sequence in sequence: connect the three-wire power supply, check whether the power supply is normal, observe the voltmeter, the power indicator light is connected to each circuit breaker in sequence, check the voltage, check the input of the switching power supply and Output voltage (ac220v to dc24v). If a problem is found, the next test is strictly prohibited until it is resolved.

2. If the normal CNC start is normal, the phenomenon of the CNC system is observed. All normal parameters can be entered into the machining center system parameters, servo system parameters, into the PLC program. Turn off the machining center, and then connect the servo motor to the mechanical load, and adjust the mechanical and electrical connections.

3. The connection of the machining center is very important. Good grounding is not only very important for the safety of the equipment and car body, but also can reduce electrical interference and ensure the normal operation of the machining center. The ground line generally adopts the radiation grounding method, that is, the signal position, frame position and processing center position in the digital control system are connected to the public ground, and the public place is connected to the ground. The grounding cable between the electrical cabinet of the CNC system and the strong box should be thick enough.

4. Before electrifying the machining center, according to the circuit diagram and the circuit connection of each module, check the connection between the circuit and the components. Focus on primary transformers and secondary transformers; switching power supply wiring; positioning of relays, contactor coils and contact wires.

5. In the case of power failure, the following tests were carried out: three-phase ground resistance measurement, phase resistance measurement, single-phase power supply ground resistance measurement, 24V DC power supply ground resistance measurement, bipolar resistance measurement. If problems are found, electrical testing of the machining center is strictly prohibited.

6. When the machining center introduces a three-phase switch, the phase sequence table should be used to check whether the phase sequence of the power cord is correct, and the servo motor should also be removed from the mechanical servo motor. You should be ready to press the emergency stop button when the power is connected.

7. The plc program of the machining center is designed by the lathe manufacturer according to the needs of the machine tool. Improper transformation and operation of the machining center may cause damage to the machine tool or even damage the operator.

8. It is recommended that the operation time of the machining center exceed 24 hours. If the continuous operation time is too long, it will affect the service life of the electrical system and certain mechanical components and the accuracy of the machining center.

9. All machining center connectors, joints, etc. must not be powered or inserted, otherwise it will cause serious consequences.
